If you are having trouble using our web site make sure that

  1. Browser Disk Cache is cleared
    AND
  2. Cookies and JavaScript are enabled

We have recently increased the level of security of SkyBitz Insight. This could cause some browsers to fail to maintain sessions with the server. To clear your Disk Cache, follow these steps:
  1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu. The Internet Options dialog opens.
  2. Locate the Temporary Internet Files section of the General tab.
  3. Click on the Delete Files button.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Close your browser.
  6. Launch your browser.
Internet Explorer 6.0 users (Windows)
To clear your Disk Cache, follow these steps:
  1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu. The Internet Options dialog opens.
  2. Locate the Temporary Internet Files area of the General tab.
  3. Click on the Delete Files button.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Close your browser.
  6. Launch your browser.
Netscape Communicator 6.0/7.1 (Win or MAC)
To clear your Disk Cache, follow these steps:
  1. Click Edit in the browser tool bar.
  2. Then, click Preferences.
  3. In the Preferences section, you will see several items in the Category window.
  4. Click Advanced.
  5. Click Clear Memory Cache and Clear Disk Cache.
  6. Below the Clear Disk Cache button, make sure that the: Compare the page in the cache to the page on the network, is highlighted on, Every time I view the page.
  7. Click on Proxies in the category window. Make certain that the proxies are set to Direct connection to the internet.
Firefox users
To clear your Disk Cache, follow these steps:
  1. Select options from the tools menu.
  2. Select the Privacy tab.
  3. Press the Clear button in the row labeled Cache.
  4. Press the OK button.

To enable Cookies and JavaScript, follow these steps:
  1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu. The Internet Options dialog opens.
  2. Locate the Temporary Internet Files section of the General tab.
  3. Click on Settings.
  4. Locate the Check for newer versions of stored pages area, make certain that the radio dial is highlighted on Every visit to the page.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Locate the Settings area of the Privacy tab.
  7. Make sure that the slider in this section is set to Medium. If the slider is not set to Medium, click on the Default button.
  8. Locate the Security Level for this zone area of the Security tab. Make sure the zone selected is for 'Internet'. Click Default Level button.
  9. Make sure that the slider in this section is set to Medium
  10. Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog.
  11. Close your browser.
  12. Launch your browser.

Note: In some cases, if the above doesn't fix the problem, you will need to restart your computer for the changes to take place

Internet Explorer 6.0 users (Windows)
To enable Cookies and JavaScript, follow these steps:
  1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu. The Internet Options dialog opens.
  2. Locate the Temporary Internet Files area of the General tab.
  3. Click on the Settings radio button.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Locate the Check for newer versions of stored pages area, make certain that the radio dial is highlighted on Every visit to the page.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Locate the Settings area of the Privacy tab.
  8. Make sure that the slider in this section is set to Medium. If the slider is not set to Medium, click on the Default button.
  9. Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog.
  10. Locate the Security Level for this zone area of the Security tab. Make sure the zone selected is for 'Internet'. Click Default Level button.
  11. Make sure that the slider in this section is set to Medium.
  12. Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog.
  13. Close your browser.
  14. Launch your browser.
